Are you aware of the deposit policy?The deposit is 20% of the total, paid via Pix or bank transfer.
Are you aware of the cancellation policy?We cannot refund the deposit, so we ask that cancellations be confirmed 2 to 3 days in advance. If no one shows up on the agreed date, we ask for payment of one full day per cancelled person, to cover what was already prepared to receive you.
