What we do with what you write
Privacy policy
This page covers the forms on this site. It is short on purpose: we only ask for what we need to reply and to prepare your visit, and we do nothing else with what you write.
The party responsible for this information is the Associação Comunidade Yuba, in the Primeira Aliança neighborhood, in Mirandópolis — SP.
What we ask for
It depends on the form. The lightest ones ask only for your name, a way to reach you and your question.
The lodging request is the heaviest, because a stay needs more: besides name and contact, it asks for CPF or passport, date of birth, how many people are coming and the children's ages, dietary and health restrictions, the dates and the payment method.
We ask because whoever sleeps here stays in the community's guest house, eats at the community's table and is received by people who need to know who is arriving. It is not a registry: it is what the house needs to know.
The site uses no trackers, no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. If you don't fill in a form, you leave no data at all.
What it is for
To reply to you, and to prepare what you asked for — the bed, the food, the arrival time, the conversation with the right person here.
None of it becomes a mailing list. We don't send newsletters and we don't use your contact for anything else.
How long we keep it
Until your visit ends. After that, we delete it.
If the visit doesn't happen — because you changed your mind, or because we couldn't host you — we delete it when the conversation closes.
Who reads it
A small number of residents — the ones who answer the requests. Not the whole community, and no one from outside.
Who we share it with
No one. We don't sell, hand over or pass on what you write.
The one exception is technical: the form reaches our inbox through Formspree, a service that only processes the submission on our behalf and may not use this information for anything else.
Your rights
Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) guarantees that you can, at any time: know what we hold about you · correct what is wrong · delete your data · withdraw the consent you gave when sending the form.
For any of these, write to contato@comunidadeyuba.org. The community is small and the people who reply also work the fields, so it may take a few days — but we reply.
